The Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department values its citizen volunteers. The volunteers help enrich the quality of life in Little Rock by helping with Parks & Recreation Programs and keeping the City's parks clean and vibrant. As the system grows and expands to continue to meet more needs, the number of volunteer opportunities also increases.
Measuring the number of guests at the Little Rock Zoo helps us determine how well we are succeeding as an educational and recreational resource. Tracking admissions helps us set future goals and identify additional opportunities for outreach.
This dataset contains the active rental properties registered with the City of Little Rock. The ordinance requires that all rental properties be registered with the City and
renewed annually. Registration is required for each residential “dwelling unit”
that is owned or managed by an agent along with any commercially rented properties.
Measuring the hours volunteers dedicate to the Zoo helps us understand where our programs are most successful, where to target resources, and how we can improve. Tracking volunteer hours and admissions allows us to see which months may need additional volunteer recruitment efforts.
